"World of Wheels"

I've heard that the magazine "World of Wheels" has a special on winter tires in their November issue. I've been trying to track it down, but can't find it anywhere in Calgary. I checked their web site (http://wheels.ca) and phoned they up, and they said my best bet is Chapters - checked them out but couldn't find it.

Anybody's got any idea of where I can get it in Calgary ?

I believe it's available at the Chapters here, at least, I've seen it there other times. Did you ask at Chapters in Calgary, as sometimes their magazine rack gets a bit messy. They should know if they stock it.

Maybe try the library? The November issue probably came out in early October, so it could be that stores are sold out already.
