Subaru dealers in Ottawa

I have a friend I've recommended an '06 Legacy 2.5i sedan to (would be purchasing early next year but is looking now).

He'll be living in the Ottawa area, and I'm just wondering what dealers are like in the area from people living out that way. I know some Subaru dealers can be pretty small and such, so just looking for some insight into dealers there.

Wouldn't want to recommend a car only to find out there's crappy service from the 1 or 2 dealers in the area.

Well I know 2 things.

The sales department at Olgilvie Subaru was large, it had about 8 cars in the showroom.   It was very fancy much nicer than Westboro.

Also the salesman was not high pressure at all.
I hear from the Subaru guys the best Subaru mechanic works at the Gatineau shop, he has won the best Subaru mechanic award mutliple times and knows his stuff.

I am very happy with Subaru Outaouais  too.  Very good salemen and service people.  Just the other side of the bridge!!

Just to mix it up a little I've seen people on Edmunds forums post about being happy with Westboro Subaru. Apparently they're also the highest-volume Subaru dealer in the entire province, which you'd think would be tough considering there are at least two other dealers in the Ottawa area, especially if Ogilvie's facility is nicer. Westboro has also had a couple of their technicians qualify for Subaru's annual Master Technician competition.

bmorton, Westboro advertises more and is in a more favourable position.

This doesn't surprise me.  I test drove a car there a few years ago they were fine.
