Here's the "garage" on a usual Vancouver fall day (ie. wet) ... The Audi is "hers" and the Bimmer is "his".

You're missing something blue and something stolen! Nice cars! The "older" (ie pre 2006) Audis look so much better than the new ones. Is it chipped? Love the Bimmer (or beamer ) |

With Vancouver weather....who needs a garage? Rain....rain....I give up! When it's raining in Vancouver it's raining in the valley. When it's not raining in Vancouver it's raining in the valley (or soon will be). Okay, it's better than living in Powell River. |

Do you mean the Fraser Valley or the Lynn Valley in North Van??
IIRC, the North Shore, specifically Deep Cove is the wetest area of the GVRD? Correct? Something close to 100" per year? |

The Audi is a 1.8T with no chip. Between the lease and my wife's lead food, a chip is not in the cards. Besides, its a slushbox - no manual no chip is my decree!
When a garage and third car possibilites roll around another Miata might be in the cards. Right now if I had to decide it would be a seriously hopped up Miata (94BRG with some major supercharging) or a 964 C4 - decisions, decisions.
Thanks for the compliments. Don't get me going on the white picket fence ... |

Nice S4 wheels on your A4 Avant! Tint job looks good on 'er too. I'm envious!
Those Miatas are cool as well. Is that LE the 25th anniversary Mazda Canada limited edition way back when... think it was '93 or thereabouts - black on red (I believe) with BBS wheels like yours (I think speakers in the headrests too) and that little Canadian flag-esque sticker on the sides? |

sir, your eyes (and the perspective) are deceiving you - those are the sport pkg wheels for the car. They don't have the dimples to make them S4 wheels. Tint makes the car. You can take over the lease if your envy gets the better of you ... The 93 is the Mazda anniversary edition. The stickers on mine were long gone, but yes they had the front quarter sticker marking the anniversary. The extra feature list was too long to mention, but it was the only model ever in that colour scheme and with the BBS wheels (US shipped those wheels on other cars). The headrest speakers were standard in any leather seat Miata. |

Just the same, that Avant is sweeeeeeeeeeet!
Mazda's 25th Anniversary of most all their cars was neat. - the black on red MX-5 Miata - the purple MX-3 Precidia with leather interior - the black Protegé with red stripe around and I think larger hp engine (tho not sure on that) - Ice Blue MX-6 Mystere
You'll have to excuse my fuzzy memory. I was all of 12 at the time. Dang, that's awhile ago!
