So it's your parent's TL, your riced neon and the beater Volvo?

'll give you credit, you hide your age well on here, and calling it  'the family TL' is a clever move!

thanks.

1996 850 GLE boring-omatic tranny.  The car has been sitting (licenced) for months without being driven  :-[   But it is a good utility car.

The pic is from a Coquihalla road trip from a summer or two ago - note reflection of cargo box (excellent for such trips) + dead bugs.

I can't look at the Volvo pics.  They will make me cry.  Colour is the same as my former car...

I sure like driving it!  04 navigation models had bluetooth, and all 05 models do.  Unfortunately Telus doesn't offer bluetooth cell phones.  I've seen my friend use the system and it works flawlessly, the female voice sounds bang on too. :-*

My BF has the new Telus PCS UTStarcom phone. It's freakin' awesome and has Bluetooth which he uses http://www.telusmobility.com/on/pcs/handset_utstarcom_6700.shtml

In fact, his old Samsung mobile PC on Telus had it as well. The new Windows Mobile 5.0 software upgrades on the phone make the UT MUCH better to use though. It's much faster as well. He loves it.

On a side note, that original 1994 Neon 'Hi.' campaign was brilliant. I loved the perky white face complete with crisp white hubcaps and funky roof rack thingie.

oh an update here, the Motorola RAZR (from telus) works very well with the TL!  you can leave the phone in your breifcase in the trunk, and say you get an incomming call while driving it all shows up inside the car.

The voice is good too... It's nice now that the TL is showing it's feminine side.

You can actually get into a pretty good conversation with the car.  She listens and speaks well.  And yes, she did ask for my number ;)
