Love the WRX (even with bug-eye, beauty is only skin-deep  Cheesy!)
The hard part is trying to convince your other half that, yes it is "ugly" (sic..) but it is a riot to drive!  Driving 2
Plus with all your mods (340Hp at the wheels IIRC) ...  Bow Dancy Banana
The most fun you can get with your pants on!  Shocked

I don't recall ever seeing this being covered: what does Rut Ro stand for?

Yes it has...two years ago when I was looking for a plate. Oh, ow! When pronounced by Scooby Doo is Rut Ro. That is the official spelling.

Nice soob; I am still missing my WRX wagon sometimes - gentler and more practical than my STi. And my wife hates STi, but she liked our wagon... Well, I understand your rex is not all that gentle - it is a 350hp beast!

Yep, beat the rush. Lots are $20k more than last year and none are left backing onto the creek.

By far the best part of Rut Ro is driving it.  Even after flubbin' my launch, that poor souped-up Civic headed on to the 427 didn't have a chance...  If power is addictive, Snowman's WRX is cocaine.

Hmmm, I thought it was only irresponsible teenagers who took pics of the speedometer at "elevated" speeds.  Did you use the mini camera embedded in your teeth Agent 86, errr, Rob?

Now Snowy, if you'd done that run on a 1/4 tank of gas instead of 3/4, you would have got another 1 or 2 mph out of 'er.  Wink

I buried the needle deeper than indicated….at the time I decided to concentrate on the corner approaching very quickly…perhaps 235ish.  Cool

I am amazed that such an aerodynamically challenged box like the WRX is can be so smooth at that speed. Not many cars can be driven one handed past 200 without being nervous.

"only irresponsible teenagers".... I never grew up. Grin
