I can't believe a $35k+ car still has its radio antenna mounted in the A-pillar.  Thinker

Nice looking car, but I think I prefer the new look with the new grille.

Thanks, Snowy, the second pix lives up to your user name!!!

I think Subies placement of the antenna mast in the A pillar is a good idea, it can be pushed down for car washing and stuff, yet looks neatly flared back when extended. Nothing wrong with that - my HL still has a mast attenae, as does the Bullitt - wish they retracted.

The bug-eyes have such personality. And doubt it'll come as a shocker, but I like the slight pink-hued STi (you hear they're changing it to STI with a capital 'I'?). Didn't care so much for the bland current front treatment, but the newest changes on the '06's have it looking good once again. Very sporty, even on base Imprezas.

With any luck I'll get a ride in 'er someday. I like that it looks low key - the mods are functional and performance driven.

I like the bug eyes, but the new nose looks more aggressive.  Either way, it's the power that I like more.

Looks good. I was one of the few on the Subaru boards at Edmunds who preferred the bug-eyed model. All Subies show their best in the snow!!  Wink

As I mentioned in another post, I recently looked at a 2006 STI.  The car looks great!  If only I had a spare $48,000 (plus tax). Tongue

Regarding the front ends of the WRXs, the bugeyes were fine IMO, better than the "generic" look that replaced them; but the new front end on the Impreza/WRX is the best of the three IMO.

Yep...typical. Not a problem...not as if anything he says has an affect on my quality of life. None of us here would post a negative comment if he started a thread here.

Snack would probably rather have the aerial sticking out of his ASS so then he could say he designed it and it looks good. It better be a VW Antenna thats used tho from a Diesel powered one so he won't be upset.  Grin Grin
