Wasn't there already a legal battle regarding the similarities of the Jeep and Hummer grills?

and yes that grille is too Jeep for me...my grille looks better :P

I know GM wants to increase the Hummer brand...but how small will they go?  At Toys R Us, there's a little Hummer for sale....maybe that uses the Aveo platform?  :)

DC dropped the lawsuit against GM.  The U.S. appeals court upheld a ruling that the grille design of General Motors Corp.'s  Hummer H2 sport utility vehicle does not infringe on DaimlerChrysler's Jeep brand.

"GM had filed its own lawsuit against Chrysler, charging that the automaker waived any claims it had on the grille by remaining silent in the years since the first Hummer H1 went into production in 1992."

Now all the ads for Jeep have the grille in it ... too late for DC  :rofl:

Jeep and Hummer was the property of AMC in the early 80's ...
