2000 BMW 323I
« on: September 11, 2005, 08:57:01 pm »
Just came accross one that's for sale. Asking price is 17.900 at 105k km, which is just about what trade in value is (according to Canadian black book)

Car if fully loaded with sunroof, leather and it has tiptronic auto transmission.

What do you guys think about it? Too many kilometres? Any problems with that particular BMW model from that year (other than little electric problems that most bimmers have)

Five speed automatics on 99 and 2000 models could give trouble, but usually fail long before 100K if they're going to.
No place I'd rather be...

I owned a BMW 3 series  1.8 - stunning to drive  - but was a complete nightmare - it had lights on the dashboard to tell you when it needed servicing - they always seamed to be going down very fast - BMW 3 series can be like having a very expensive wife - they need lots of serving and money spent on them - otherwise they can get very grumpy and refused to go out - but boy they drive so nice - I'm not sure if its the case here in Canada - In Britain.....BMW's are worth more if they have a full BMW service history.

I'd like that... ;)
