I've heard the V6 ones have really bad understeer at or near the limit. Nice enough for someone who wants a Mustang but can't bring themselves to buy a Ford.

Anybody notice that the GT sits about 2-3 inches higer than on the TV ads..?Check the space between the top of the tires and the body.Any way my mother who is 70 thinks she will trade in her mint 1996 Neon with 30,000km on one of these Eclipse'. How would that make the marketing people feel ?

How would that make the marketing people feel ?I did notice that they lowered it in those TV ads. Makes me think they are 'cheating' in the commercial - making the car look better than in person. Same thing when they get rid of the antenna in such ads. Other thing too is how they often do limo tint all around.
