My Yokohoma T4s aren't terrible, but God knows I didn't buy em.  Waiting for them to wear out so I can put something better on, even at the expense of tire wear.

I had my heart set on getting the Toyo TPT's.  They are a much better tire than the Falken ZE 512.  But I have to look at this logically.  This is a year round beater car that is 16 yrs. old.  So, does it make sense to spend $500 on the Toyo's, when I can get the Falkens for $320 cash deal?  I would must prefer the Toyo's because my family have Toyo's on their cars and I have the Toyo T1R on my summer car and love them.  But I don't know how long my beater car will last and so that's why I'm leaning towards the Falkens.  I'm glad I got some great reviews from some of you guys here.  I went on 2 other sites where consumers write their own review on tires and I was very confused on what to get because alot of people were not happy with the Falkens and some where.  Then I read up on the Toyo TPT and only a handful were unhappy.  I guess it comes down to how much I'm willing to spend and whether or not it's worth the extra money for a better set of tires.  :-\ ???

Anyone who says "You dont drive 220" is misleading you. In this case The Star is correct. The tire is a very important part of your vehicles suspension and braking system. I would recommend staying with the H-Rating. There are many good tires to choose from, so there is no need to downgrade.

to help you decide...Falken is great wet and price...wear is not as good as the TPT. TPT is not quite as good in the wet, but better wearing and a little more expensive.
