Mdxtasy,

Did you check out that site?  I was thinking about taking my car there, but I'm getting mixed answers on what's best to use for washing and drying. Well, washing everyone agrees the wool mits are really good. It's the drying part that's confusing.  Shammies or 100% terry cloths??  hmm
IntegraGirl..............my fake Husband on the left.  LOL

In my opinion, it's important to use whatever you're using correctly.  Biggest point when drying or waxing.  Turn over the cloth constantly.  Shake it out so that loose debris isn't caught in the towel/rag/chamois....when washing...clean the sponge, mitt all the time.  Rinse off all dirt.

That's right Saf....gotta wash the undercarriage and ensure that all the bits and pieces are clean.

Nobody likes dirty suspension bits...while you're at it.....make sure you clean that exhaust pipe too....shine it up real good.

"Shammies"

Sorry to be picky but can't resist sometimes.  Check out this:

I spell them like how it's pronounced.  And I went by that website, so Ha!  Not all my fault. I blame them! :-) The chamois, shammy, sammy, whatever I got is suppose to be pretty good. The owner of the bodyshop picked it up for me from Crappy Tire. He picked the best one they had. And it sounds very similar to the one on the website that Ovr50 posted. It's small, but apparently dries the car alot better than the slighly bigger ones.  And you have to stretch it out after washing it after use.

Thanks guys for all your help.  If my friend is able to wash my car this weekend, then I may take it to that place and have them wash it. My back can't take it.  Darn car accident!
