I need tires!!
« on: August 17, 2005, 12:36:06 pm »
I have a 328i with the M package.... I will have to post tire size later if needed.  I would like to find a great deal on winter tires or all season tires for a really great price!!

Thanks!!

Are you considering a winter package? What year? Which tire and wheel option do you have?

presently i have dunlop P225/50ZR16's ... there is also a 91W and M + S on there..... I did not have too many problems last winter with them.... so i figure a great all season tire will do me just fine..... however, I am up for suggestions....

Our rule is "If you can park it during the snow, then All-Seasons are good. Otherwise, consider snow tires!"

Great all-season options in a Z-speed rated tire would be: Michelin Pilot Sport AS, Pirelli P-Zero Nero, Sumitomo HTR+ and Kumho Ecsta ASX. Pirelli would offer best dry performance, Pilot Sport AS best wet, Sumitomo good wet and price, Kumho good longevity and price.

well.... i would like a combination of price and quality if that is possible!  I would even consider losing the Z rating!  I do like to take things to the limit ocassionally, however, I am up for alternatives..... I think I will stick with all season this time around and you can send me an e-mail with prices if you like....

thanks
