My A/C, for about 5 seconds when I first turn it on, smells like sulfur.  Any input on what this could be?  My other car does not do it.  Can it be the air intakes at the base of the windshiled blocked by leaves etc?

How do I fix it?  Will it evaporate on its own?

Have the drain tube checked to make sure it's clear. If it is then you'll probably have to live with it, some cars are known for it.

Okay.  I'll have the drain tube checked.  I don't experience the same thing with my 03 Accord so it's probably the tube.

Thanks!

When I bought my current turkey - uh sorry - car, the A/C smelled like a moose with very bad breath. Mildew +. I used Wynn's Fresh Air (Air Conditioning and Heating System Odor Treatment). It smells pretty bad too, but when THAT odor finally went away, the result was pretty good. The mold seems to have all died and I've only used one additional shot in the last 3 years. Hope this helps.

Any Honda techies here that would know if late model Accords are prone to drain tube blockages?

I've heard of him he's the preacher for the" Holy Crap" Sect on TV. He sure sounds healthy, glad I don't have to do his laundry.  There's all kinds in this world, mostly politicians who fit this profile.
