The reason your oil pressure is low is due to the longer oil filter.
Not really. Explain
The reason for your drip is the flow properties of synthetic oil. A high mileage engine like yours will have seal wear, and synthetic oil is designed to flow easily.
Not really. Synthetic oils clean gunk out of motors; cleans gunk out of seals that have depended on that gunk for some sealing as the seals shrink underneath that gunk
You need a high mileage engine oil. There is a brand on the market specificly for high mileage engines. They have seal conditioners in the oil that make the seals swell and prevent leaks.
I think that is marketing BS. From the numerous oil seals I have pulled out of motors I do not think that there is anything that can restore them to original size as oil seals are usually rock solid by then.
