Buying a Mazda 3 - my experience

Is there any dealership rating report based on surveys?  I mean, there are many kinds of businesses where sellers protect their image by providing good service, but it seems like auto trading is not one of them.  Most car dealers (and salesmen) don't care about all the sh-- that is called public opinion.  Prob'ly because there are only a handful of them they think the consumers don't have that much ace to play, hence the oft reported difficulty, arrogance and rudeness.  There must be a way to card these establishments the way retaurants get red, yellow and green cards based on sanitation review and rating.

I wish there would be some way of warning customers about Erin Mills Mazda, I have noticed the waiting time issue.  I have also noticed that they are very rude, especially the managers...I really could not believe the things that the manager was saying.  He told me that I should be thankful that I have only been waiting for two weeks for the car, and that other people were waiting for months!!  Then he told me that my file was "just one of the many" he has on his desk and he'll take care of it when he has the time."  I snapped at him right after, I told him that I am the customer, and I am pretty much the one paying his little salesmen's paychecks and the least they could do is treat me with respect!
