$24 for a recent nail pull / fix on my Falken's on the Bimmer.  Patched the from behind and then rebalanced the tire/wheel.  Took 30 minutes just before closing time.

$12.96USD in Leavenworth Wa, on our last road trip. Marked the tire, dismounted it, preped and patched from inside, remounted and all was good.
Patching from inside is the preferred way to go.

I had a nail in one of my winter tires and the repair cost over $30 at Green & Ross.  They did it right, though, by taking the tire off the rim and fixing it from the inside.
