Bridgestone Dueler H/T 687's on 2005 Toyota Highlander.
« on: May 28, 2005, 02:10:14 pm »
Well. the internet doesn't have much good to say about these tires. Makes me wonder why Toyota would put them on the Highlander. Any comments or opinions would be appreciated. We just picked up the 2005 this week, and the tires were the only disappointment. The 2001 had Goodyears on it, and with 55,000 KM's they were less than 50% worn..
Any suggestions on a better tire would be appreciated as well.

Well, I have the same one's on my new '05 HL also, so at least they're consistent across the country. I'm not that impressed with them either, but that's usually the story on OEM tires. I just try to use them up early and move on to something better sooner rather than later. Not sure at this time what I would go to. I will be buying 4 snows later this year before I do anything about the 687s tho.
