While cruising new car lots looking for a colour to paint the old P1800 I came across a new BMW 645. Wow. It is one mean looking machine (in black). Not good looking, just plain mean, I likey. BTW I really liked the red on the new BMW M3 for my old Volvo. Perhaps it was the car I was attracted to.

No green or refrigerator white for the Volvo? I would love to see that car!

The 6-Series has awesome road presence. Really likey as well.

I considered white but I am starting to settle on red. The new M3's red is very nice and similar to the stock P1800 red. At first I was considering a metallic flake but I think I prefer a simple, bold colour for the P1800. The original colour was Safari Yellow (a darker yellow like a D9 CAT). The Yellow is just too out there for me right now.

I saw one today. It looks like it demands respect* in traffic, especially with those giant rims.

*that is, until you capture a glimpse of it's hideous rear 3/4 angle.

Either a nice creamy white OR a Swedish !! Racing GREEN...looking good.....

Roba... I never said it was good looking, just downright mean.clipart{wink}. I thought I had settled on a nice simple red but this morning I find myself considering the Safari Yellow (Original colour).

yer as Fickle as a Pickle at the bottom of a narrow necked jar.....has Jamesbe's Bananarama Pics and Bobs Fluorescent Orange Julius Exsquuege me dayglo blinded yer original conservatism...Hmmm come to think of it the yellow would look schweet wif da chrome strips polished and the Sun a shinin'....must be that Aveo ad with the bright yellow car settin' off the old dear inta flights of fantasy and youthfullness.......whatever the final choice let it NOT BE BLACK.

Black is out, so is white, orange,.. I have decided (again) against the Safari yellow. Now I am looking at a Steel Blue Metallic. Perhaps I just let the shop decide.
