I have a 1988 Suzuki Forsa (same as Sprint, Firefly, etc. etc.)  

I know the 1990+ Sprint & Fireflys have a 13" rim, I was wondering can I put that rim on my car. 12" tires are hard to find, and harder to get mounted & balanced.

You should be able to run the 13" no problem. Just do a trial fit to make sure the wheels fit and clear all components, brakes suspension etc.
