Didja buy...oh.  Right.

450 clicks, eh?  That's the way to spend your first day with the new addition....quality bonding time.  I know what you mean with the discrepancy between percieved and actual speed.  I felt the same thing when I picked up the GTI.  It's not healthy for the license though.

Thanks for sharing.  It looks great.

That's a great color for the car. It looks stealthy, but won't be CP if you keep testing the 'limits'

But if you do have to 'push it', might be a good idea to be in uniform to alert us stay out of the way!

Yeah, V6 with manual tranny... Neat! I totally understand the 450 kms Congratulations. Would like to see similar cars from Toyota and Honda too.

There is a similar car made by Honda, its called the Acura TSX but you have to pay a premium price to get it.
Okay maybe its not similar... no hatch.

Thank you for the compliments. If it tells you anything about how much I like this car, I've been taking the long way home from  work so I can dirve it longer!

450 clicks seems like a lot until you figure that one trip to the outlaws has a round trip distance of 210kms. Add in there some meaningless road testing as well as a trip to the station for something (70km) and it can happen pretty quickly!

Still love it. The hatch has a little squeaking sound when it is cold but I knew about that before I bought it. I just turn the Van Halen up and drive faster!

We debated on the "boy racer" spoiler and GFX but didn't like the look of it without them.

Now, I don't know if it's just me or not, but I feel like every young kid in a hopped up Honda wants to get my goat! And the other day and guy in a riced out 6 came flying up behind me (on a four lane road), passed me and then slowed down so he was driving just ahead and to the left of me. And it wasn't for a brief period of time, he did it all the way into Hamilton! What the....? Is this like driving a Miata or a VW Beetle where I have to wave at every other 6 on the road??? Wifey says I'm imagining it....And I probably am.

Superb.  Looks great -- reminds me of the fun test drive I took in a stick-shift Mazda6 V6.  Same colour and everything.  Great car.  I love the snarl of that V6 when you put yer foot into it too -- that alone makes it worth the price of admission over the 4cyl.
