Unless you want to count large P metric tires designed for trucks and SUV's, then pretty much all of them do!

Do BF-Goodrich T/As have 16" with white letter?
And this would be for a 74 FOrmula 400--not a truck

All Coker sells are vintage sizes--they did not have 16" back then

I was loosing it...I thought you were looking for vintage tires.

In 16" you will have a very difficult time finding anything in a passenger that has Raised White Letters. The BFG TA is only offered in a blackwall in the 16" sizes. Goodyear does offer the Eagle #1 Nascar in a few 16" sizes, but very limited. Probably the only tire that might work for you.
