I'm sure plenty of people on this board have "modded" their cars to better it or participated in a legal organized motorsport activity like 1/8 mile drags, SOLO2 and 1 etc...
In past threads, it has been talked about the "perils" of modifying your car or participating in any kind of motorsports using your daily driver. There is some light at the end of tunnel and it might not be a train coming in the opposite direction. If you fall into one of the above categories, the following link is a must read

My name is allready on the list because I love to participate in SOLO2 activities and I don't want to have to resort to facility insurance because of that.
