Wagons are hot again….but the dumb facks at CNN did not mention the hottest wagon. The Legacy GT MT5 wagon….the Leg if far superior to any of the wagons mentioned. Agree or disagree?....did we miss any?....under $45k that is.

the Leg might be one of the better driving wagons, but the Magnum is definitly one of the hottest on the market.

Dude, any hot-headed warm blooded north american has to vote for the Magnum as the best wagon. Gotta support local! As for RoW... that's another question.

yea,but that magnum is around 4,000lbs.and thats before u add the awd system,so i can see people  
wanting the hemi.i would take the legacy gt wagon with the auto instead but thats just me

The Leg is definitely a very fine car, too bad they omitted it.  Mazda has done a good job producing a wagon, it will be interesting to see if Honda, Toyota, Nissan follow suit some day.

They mention Scoobies, "Subaru (practical but as exciting as wheat germ)."  Perhaps not what Snowy was looking for.

The hottest wagon - RS6 Avant?  At least the new S4 Avant.  Can you stuff an STi engine, driveline, suspension, interior, etc. in a WRX wagon body?  

Love to see more wagons from BMW, Toyota/Lexus, and I would imagine Acura would make an excellent wagon.  TSX wagon would do very well I would expect (perhaps TSX hatch).

I still like the Mazda 6 Wagon would make a nice primary family car. But…..after driving the auto LGT wagon it is hard to think about anything else. I have never felt such a hard pulling smooth shifting slush box. You would me hard pressed to beat the auto with an MT5 LGT. The non leather auto wagon can be had for $37k.

the 4 cyl legacy pulls quite well too IMO. compared to the mazda6 4 cyl. I've packed that car for camping trips, furniture moving,  interior painting supplies and etc etc and it still moves pretty nicely.
