Anyone have any idea as to how i can disable the automatic locking system on my 2002 dodge dakota.

WHY??? I think you can go to the dealer and have their scanner turn that feature off.

Check your fuse panel to see what all is on that circuit. If its alone then just pull the fuse.

Check the owners manual, the instructions to disable it, if it can be done by the owner, will in there. On GM's it's done by turning on the key and holding the door lock switch in the lock position until the horn beeps.
