I drive a creaky and rattly 2004 Golf TDI GLS with a broken PhatNoise. But even with those problems, everytime I start the engine, I love my car more and more.

Yeap, '01 Golf 3-dr TDi, Reflex Silver, in manual, 240K.

QUAD, I can't quite tell... did you take a photo of you getting a speeding ticket??? Don't laugh, I'm serious - looks like an officer standing beside a Crown Vic.

Aqua:  I sure did.  I was in Colorado last year on one of my month long trips and the weather was perfect between the mountain passes (but snowing like crazy in the passes).  Two lane hwy and stuck behind a slow truck.  Did a 80mph pass on a 55mph hwy (perfect stretch of road) and the first car coming over the crest was a State Trooper.  Saw the lights go on and he pointed to the side of the road.  I figured since I was the only one going really fast it was my cue to stop.  No ticket, only a warning.  Very nice guy (obviously) and even stood around chatting for a while.

Jeff, in the summertime I like to drive with the windows down so I can hear my little juicer.  There's not exactly a$$kickings being handed out, but it certainly surprises lots of people.  And it's great in the mountains.  Actually I think I've been having a little too much fun lately...I got 100km less out of my latest tankful than I normally get around town.   It's been slippery too so the traction control has been busy, so I'm sure that has something to do with the mileage.

And on the sig...Phil Hartman was one of my faves..his loss is a great tragedy.
