City_pig...to be totally honest...I've never smoked ANYTHING in my car.  Just looking for a laugh.

Did someone say Standard Poodle?

Parent's 2nd standard..Marley (after Bob Marley) is 6 years old.  Poodles have an amazing temperment and almost to smart (2nd smartest breed next to border collies).  No shedding and super friendly and loving...just don't give them that foofy haircut.

Back on topic…..auto cigarette lighters are great for road trips. It is just too inconvenient some times to fire up the propane torch and heat up the knives.

Beautiful dogs, all.  Marley is especially beautiful - I am madly in love with black standard poodles.

Jeff - Blonde bombshell, eh?  You sure you're not a Volvo salesman who goes by the name of BlackSqueegee?

Corey, your sentiment is honest and understood.  I know the very idea pisses a lot of people off.

If this helps, I don't 'flick' at all (I was trying to be funny).  I drop it once I'm at a stop sign or light.  On long road trips, I always make sure there's no one behind me or beside me.  The reason?  I once had a lit cigarette butt come through the open sunroof in my Audi.  As near as I could tell, it was launched from an 18-wheeler just ahead of me in the right lane.

I never said I was perfect.

I think I have the Dirtiest ashtray in the country as I only use it to get rid of the Butts. To me to throw stuff out the window is a very Bad habit for anyone to have. I know some owners who smoke but use a tin can instead of the ashtray. Trying to keep it new looking. I am involved with the Thames River clean-up here in London and see enough garbage thrown away to remember full time.

Bridge, maybe to the next outing I'll bring her along.  :-)  She likes to drive too.
