Boring wheel hubs

Stupid me.

Bought a used set of Honda rims to mount some snows on...but the hob is too small (Honda = 56mm, my car = 59mm)

Can anyone reccomend a good place (Greater Toronto Area, west end preferred) that I take the wheels to have bored out

Or can I do this in the comfort of my own basement?
