Not sure what a fair offer is... according to the dealership the car was driven for 9 months by a BMW Executive - 2004 BMW 330xi auto, with 15,000km - they are asking $45,600. No incentives available. Would be a cash deal anyway.  

Opinions sought.

A friend bought an 2002 330xi for 44K all in.  It had 9K on it.  

The deal you have seems fair....not too far out of line.

Invoice for a base 330xi with only an Auto is $46600, does it have options?  BMW does have cash backs, at least they do on leasing.  Is a BMW factory demo?  If so, the milage discount is roughly 1% of invoice for every 1000km.  Therefore 15% off dealer net...exclusive of holdback...no F&PDI.  I believe that's what my friend who worked for BMW Canada told me it was...I would bet that it has a bunch more options than solely an Auto.  If you break it down by # code, I can give you exact invoice and where I think you should be...your not buying it wrong at 45600 if that inc. freight/PDI.  Here's an example of what I mean by code...The code for AWD sport pkg is 910.  So ask the sales guy what # codes are on the car...I might not get back to you immediately, due to travel...so give it a few days..
