Getting any busier Morty?

I hear that snow is starting to stick a little at the higher elevations around town... although you are primarily a mail-order service and don't advertise much, do you guys also get hit by the inevitable last minute panic buying that a few flakes cause?
(BTW, you probably got my order this morning... not a panic buy, just having trouble reaching a decision after talking to you last week.

It is a little crazier than we expected! There is a shortage of winter tires this year and when the snow hits people look to the internet for options. Our phone rings and we get a number of inquiries about particular products. Most times our answer is sold out for the season, but we do have X option available. The days definitely go by very quickly.
Thanks for the order! You were actually the first order of the day and perhaps the catalyst that started off one of our busiest days ever. Dont know if it was the reason, but thanks none the less...LOL.

Mort,
Based on your reply, your website needs an up to date indicator describing how many units are left for a particular brand and size. Probably save you from telling your callers that a particular tire/size is out of stock. ;)

We have updated our site to include availability in our new winter search feature. However, products are coming in and out so quickly that it is very difficult to have an accurate stock level. Just having the winter availability indicator is a huge advance for us and we our working on improving it for the spring. If there is something in particular that you want to check on please give us a call 1-877-920-TIRE(8473).
