its German..what is it saying about the tire Gislaved?...good or bad in snow and ice?

The review is for the Gislaved II, which has been replaced by Gislaved III.
The III is much improved tire especially for wet roads. The tire has always been good on snow and ice, but the II series was weak or not so good on wet roads.
The link you posted is from year 2000, and states,
" Comfortable tire, small wear, weak on wet roads "
