I keep finding great deals on winter tires for my Mazda but on rims from other brands of cars, problem is it's not such a deal when you have to ditch the wheels and buy new ones plus pay for tire install.
1.)Will 5 bolt 16" steel wheels for Mercedes fit a Mazda Protege 5?
2.) Is there any compatibility at all in 15" or 16" steel wheels for other brands of car that will fit the Mazda Protege 5?

The Mercedes wheels will not fit your Mazda because they have a completely different bolt pattern. Bolt pattern on your Mazda Protege5 is 5x114.3 and the Mercedes bolt pattern is 5x112. We do have Mazda specific wheels available in both 15" and 16"
