Are these Pirelli snow-sport 210 directional tires?
The real question is since my winter wheels are staggered, should I rotate them from left to right ?

The Pirelli Winter 210s are not directional. They are actually asymmetric, which means there is an outer and inner tread. You will note on the outer sidewall it is marked OUTER or EXTERNO. This means that with a staggered setup you can rotate left to right as you have suggested.

In most cases, is it worth it to rotate left to right?
I can understand that by rotating back and forth, by far, is more efficient because usually the tire will wear more if it is on the drive wheel.

Generally not worth rotating left to right unless it may correct some irregular wear. Definitely the draw back of the staggered setup. Looks cool though!
