I'm in trouble now.I don't know what are "Side Marker Lamp" and "Repeater Lamp".
Do they have the same function with the "Turn signal lamp"?

The side marker lamp is the one that stays lit on your fenders or rear qt panels and the Repeater lamp would be the turn signal lights that flash on command of the turn signal stalk. Hope this helps.

I would suspect to show the length of the vehicle front to rear. Some colours are not good at night so they have been putting them on some vehicles since the late 60's that I can recall. Basically lights up your front and rear end of your vehicle so other drivers know the length of your vehicle. Here comes Saffi, I can hear laughing already.

No only the White one on the rear of the vehicle is all they need.

I need three lights...!!!!

....

They are to allow you to be seen from the side,though with most new cars having wrap-around front and rear main lighting,they are being replaced with just side reflectors in many cases....says Saf excitedly..Ooops a 4th light just popped out..!!!!
