Eagle Vision TSI - Headlights

Are there better replacement headlights for a 1994 Eagle Vision TSI; existing ones always were underpowered . If so, where can I obtain?

Alternatively, can the road-pitted plastic lenses that covered the lights be cleaned in any worthwhile fashion?

In this order yes, Canadian Tire carries them{silerstar?} and No not much you can do about the lenses short of replacing them.
