Call me cynical, but I do have to wonder about Mr. Scrapyard's story and what's in it for him:  

Excuse me, he never thought about changing the fax number in the THREE years this has been happening?  

He claims one of his businesses actually WENT UNDER because of all these gosh darn faxes clogging up the machine?  

Golly, what's his angle...perhaps a little settlement from the CIBC to assuage his pain?  

Fack off, how many faxes did he REALLY get? Oh sure, you "shredded them all" EXCEPT for just a "few" to prove yer point???  

Well, hello, is that a red flag I see?

It looks like more mistakes/problems for CIBC.  This one is kind of funny though.

A CIBC cash machine was recently dispensing Canadian Tire money at a Moncton mall......
