My wife noted that on cold mornings her Malibu LS seems to be reving high with not too much acceleration. The car handels better when it warms up a bit.My thoughts are that the bands are slipping or the vehicle is low on tranny fluid. Not sure how to check tranny oil since there's no dipstick and the unit is sealed. The car has approx.115 km,never had the tranny serviced.Wondering if I should go to Mr.Transmission , a dealer ,or an independent shop. Need help with making a decision. Thanks

Definitely have the Fluid checked and changed but I would stay away from Mr. Transmission if I were you, they do not have a good rep at all. Ask anybody you know who does any racing who to go to and they will be able to direct you to the right people, probably a independent shop will serve you the best.
