Welcome to the Forum, Rog. I suspect the reason you're being ignored here is that no one really understands your question. At least, I don't. Maybe you could explain a bit more of what you're looking for and some one may be able to help you.

Rog - I suspect you probably need to go to one of the paint companies and ask them. I think companies like PPG and Dupont would have a place to ask the experts etc.
