I took care of baby while my wife wallpapered our dining room.  It was her little home improvement project.  Let's say it's her last.  I am now home improvement guy......:-)

You should have been running with her. That's partnering at it's finest and then you really would have earned a car weekend.

The Oct 3rd, Ontario Place event might not be the place to try SOLO2 for the first time. It's part of the Ontario regional series where the day is going to be cut short to hold a shootout. So you would not get many runs at the course. The 8 to 12 runs that we get in Ottawa is a number that rarelly gets done at other locations because of physical or equipment constraints. Plus the location we have at the Corel center makes it one of the biggest (if not he biggest) lot used for this type of event.

Oh, Run, I didn't mean to go to run this Sunday, just to spectate the best of the best in the area.

If you weren't so far away, I'd be there in a heartbeat!

Spectating  the shootout would be a blast, all the top competitors from the regional series will participate using the same car. That is where you see the difference in what a driver can do.

Pity the poor car that is chosen, ain't mine so who cares but pound on this baby to the max and run run run . Hope the vehicle stands up to how many abusive laps in one day. I would run a pool to see how long the tranny and the clutch take the abuse. Maybe make enough to pay for it.

The car is provided by sponsors, Sports car Revolution and Sean Hyland Motorsports. I think they can take care care of the wear and tear after the event
