Topic: Honda Civic LX 1994 price.

Hi there (again). Well I walked away from the last two cars but think I've found a gem.  I'm looking to buy a the above car and it's being asked at $6950. It seems in really good order, with good records and a forthcoming owner.  I'm also going to have it inspected. But, even if it's in good shape, is there a certain amount I should bargain down.  Do you think 6550 would be offensive (realise this is objective) and then up it if needed? He's maintained the car somewhat himself so I think he's quite proud and that it is in good shape for 143000 k's.  Thanks for input.

If you offer 6550...you will end up somewhere in the middle.  If you want to pay 6550 final price...offer 6350 and go up from there.
