Speaking of the Boss Mustang, I had the Good Fortune of seeing a 1969 Boss Mustange 429 on Thursday here in London. I was Visiting a Friends of mine's home and he showed me his Car. This is a Concours level Car which has won every Concours event it has ever entered including the one that Grant went to in the States. I am not a Ford guy but WOW what a Car this is. Beautiful is the only way to describe this car.

Barrie, I conCUR with you on the Boss. I was curious enough yesterday to ogle over a new Mustang convertible parked next to me at Home Depot. Cherry red (I guess) with a color-matched dash and white leather bucket seats and 5-speed shift.
It's the first one I've seen here so I waited another 10 min. or so for the driver, but no show. Darn it. Would have liked to peek under the hood. Due to the color scheme, I would think it could be a special order maybe?

Keith, I never really noticed if it was a Mach 1 or not. Didn't even dawn on me to check for that!

Oh that hurts - a Boss Mustang has to be the number one car of all time for me. 302 from Trans Am days and done in the mustard yellow or chrome yellow was absolutely gorgeous.  

The lines were perfect and although I did spend a week with a 69 Z28 and I thought it was a nice car it was the Boss that I coveted.  

Had I ever come across one in Canada when I was looking to "revisit my youth" I would have had it. For those that remember I settled on a 68 convertible.

My Pleasure as this car has been Invited to the Willistead Concours Event in Windsor which is Near the Top of the List for Concours Events in the World. They only invite the Top 175 Vehicles from anyware. This they want for their "SHOW CAR" on the Pedistal. I lucked out thats all. Dam Fine Vehicle in History.
