US-spec model to receive global debut in two weeks
After the recent reveal of the new Subaru Legacy, showing off a new Outback was an inevitability.
Becoming its own model in 2000, the Subaru Outback is the company’s “flagship crossover model which blends car-like handling and SUV capability,” says the release.
Expect the new Outback to receive the same engine options – 2.5-litre four-cylinder and 3.6-litre six-cylinder BOXER engines – and same manual and CVT transmission as the new 2015 Legacy.
The new Outback will be revealed at the New York International Auto Show on April 17th.
