Acura’s entry-luxury model will be revealed later this month in LA

When the Los Angeles Auto Show opens its doors in a couple weeks, this is what may greet automotive journalists and the public at the Acura show stand.

According to a poster on Acurazine, this is a teaser for the upcoming Acura ILX refresh, set to debut later this month. If it’s genuine, it looks like Acura’s entry-luxury model is getting some rhinoplasty in the form of a smaller “shield” grille and similar “jewel” headlamps to the TLX and RLX.

It should be mentioned this image was leaked and didn’t come directly from Acura. But, looking at this image compared to an official teaser released earlier from the automaker, it looks to be the real deal.

Acura says the ILX will be getting a significant overhaul, even though it won’t be all new, when it arrives on lots in 2016.
