New truck will be revealed November 20

The whole pickup truck segment is seeing a lot of change. Chrysler and General Motors both have improved their offerings with their latest generation trucks and Ford is sure to follow suit next year with a new F-150.

Yet, the midsize truck segment only sees two players, and they are both Japanese: the Toyota Tacoma and Nissan Frontier.

Chevrolet plans to change that with the reintroduction of the Chevrolet Colorado, set to be unveiled at the LA Auto Show on November 20.

While there has been no official word on what will be under the hood, expect four-cylinder and V6 gasoline engines for starters. Also, if the rumours prove to be true, an Isuzu-sourced oil burner could be part of the lineup as well.
