Vancouver, British Columbia – Yokohama Tire has partnered with Code Zero, a driving skills and technique program available to British Columbia drivers through the Justice Institute of B.C. since March 2007. The program is based on a recruit driver training program offered to police departments.
“We are proud of the fact that the lessons we are teaching have already prevented many serious driving incidents in British Columbia, and undoubtedly, as we expand across Canada, our partnership with Yokohama will assist us in preventing many more,” said Andrew Field, president of Code Zero Licensing International.
By 2015, Code Zero expects to have over 100 locations operating across the continent, providing drivers with the opportunity to benefit from the programs.
