Yahoo! teams with and J.D. Power and Associates

Sunnyvale, California and Agoura Hills, California – Yahoo! and J.D. Power and Associates have announced an agreement to conduct selected J.D. Power surveys online, and provide Yahoo! users with certain J.D. Power and Associates automotive quality surveys.

Under the terms of the agreement, Yahoo! will leverage its global reach and targeting capabilities to administer select J.D. Power and Associates surveys among Yahoo!’s audience of more than 219 million unique monthly users worldwide. Industries under consideration include automotive, financial services, home building, telecom, travel and utilities. The agreement also provides J.D. Power with an online distribution channel to offer Yahoo! users selected automotive quality and customer satisfaction highlights from the J.D. Power database. This information, packaged in a consumer-friendly format, will help new-vehicle shoppers on Yahoo! Autos make more informed decisions.
