Toronto, Ontario – The sixth annual Wings & Wheels Heritage Festival, a showcase of classic and modern vehicles and aircraft, will be held May 28 and 29, 2011 in Toronto.

The show is produced by the Canadian Air & Space Museum and is its biggest annual fundraiser.

Among the vehicles expected on display will be a 1937 LaSalle, 1937 Cord, 1939 Chrysler, 1940 Packard, 1941 Cadillac, and a Chevrolet Volt and Toyota Prius presented by the Society of Automotive Engineers. The Toronto Police and Ontario Provincial Police will show motorcycles and police cars, while three military vehicles and three model car clubs are scheduled to attend.

Held at Bombardier Aerospace’s Downsview Airport near the original historic de Havilland aircraft factory, the show will also give visitors a chance to fly in a vintage Tiger Moth, a helicopter, or an aircraft from the Brampton Flying Club.

Admission to the event includes access to the Canadian Air & Space Museum.
