VW recalls 46,000 cars in Canada
Volkswagen Canada will recall approximately 46,000 cars because of faulty oxygen sensors that may affect vehicle emissions.
The recall affects 1999 through 2001 model Jetta, Golf and New Beetle cars, most of which were built at VW’s assembly plant in Puebla, Mexico.
Affected owners will be notified by VW Canada to bring their cars in for inspection, free of charge.
