On certain vehicles, the brake booster pushrod retention nut may not have received adequate tightening torque during vehicle assembly. As a result, the nut could loosen, allowing the pushrod to separate from the brake pedal assembly, resulting in a loss of brake function. Dealers will inspect the nut and, if necessary, torque it to specification.

On certain vehicles, the threshold for the power window auto-reverse function may be higher than the design specification, which could result in injury if a body part is trapped by the closing window. Dealers will replace both window switches.

Vehicles affected: 9
Certain vehicles are equipped with a dealer-installed optional accessory spare tire and wheel kit. Since the vehicle was originally factory-fitted with a tire inflation kit, the Tire and Loading Label does not have the spare tire size and inflation pressure information. Dealers will replace the label.

Vehicles affected: 2,862
On certain vehicles, when the front passenger seat is in the full forward position, the seat position sensor may cause a deployment delay between the first and second stages of the dual-stage front passenger airbag, increasing the risk of injury in a crash. Dealers will reprogram the sensing and diagnostic module.

On certain vehicles equipped with a 1MZ-FE or 3MZ-FE V6 engine, the crankshaft pulley may fail. The outer right may become misaligned or may not rotate properly, causing noise and/or illumination of the discharge warning light. In addition, the power steering belt may detach, resulting in a sudden increase in steering effort. Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the crankshaft pulley.
