Toyota’s U.S.-only Scion division to introduce first two models in L.A.
Torrance, California – Scion, the new car marque from Toyota, will unveil its first two production models, the xA and xB, at a press conference at the 2003 Greater Los Angeles Auto Show on January 2, 2003.
The xB is based on the bbX concept that was first introduced at the 2002 New York Auto Show. The second vehicle, xA, is all-new for the North American market. The company said that Scion will offer “new products, a new culture and a new approach to selling that is fresh and custom tailored to meet the needs of an emerging generation of new car buyers.”
Scion vehicles will not be available in Canada.
