Toyota/Lexus dominate Intellichoice’s ‘Best Overall Values of the Year’

Campbell, California – Toyota and Lexus vehicles were awarded four of the six ‘Best Overall Values of the Year’ awards presented yesterday by Intellichoice, publisher of The Complete Car Cost Guide and The Complete Small Truck Cost Guide in the U.S.A. In addition, Toyota and Lexus vehicles won 11 of the 24 individual category winners in the awards.

IntelliChoice determines the best overall values by plotting a vehicle’s purchase price against the total five-year cost to own and operate it as determined by IntelliChoice research. Intellichoice cautions that the best value does not mean the lowest cost to own, but rather the best relationship between the cost to own and the price to buy.

Intellichoice vehicle categories are in U.S. dollars, and some models and trim levels are not available in Canada.
